The Steve Vinklarek State Farm Agency in West Lake Hills (Austin) is hiring a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative with recent experience working inside a State Farm agency. This is an in-office role with strong income potential and growth.

Highlights:

• Up to $1,000 sign-on bonus
• Hybrid option with one remote day per week for qualified State Farmexperienced hires
• Earnings up to $80,000+ with commissions and bonuses
• Health, Dental, Vision, and Retirement with company match
• Relocation incentive may be available

Must-Haves:

• Active Property & Casualty license
• Recent State Farm agency experience required
• Ability to sell, quote, and make outbound calls
• Able to work daily in our West Lake Hills office
• Life & Health license preferred but not required

Responsibilities:

• Sell State Farm insurance products and meet production goals
• Serve customers with billing, claims guidance, and policy changes
• Build relationships and support overall agency growth
