RESPONSIBILITIES

• Source candidates through traditional recruiting methods (Applicant Tracking System, LinkedIn, and job boards) and modern channels (i.e. networking groups, social media, etc.)
• Screen and pre-qualify applicants and schedule interviews across Emerge recruiting practices
• Demonstrate Emerge’s core values of Authenticity, Integrity, Accountability, Hard Work, and having FUN!

REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma Required (Bachelor's Degree Preferred)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Solutions-oriented
• Team player mindset and receptiveness to coaching
• Exceptional work ethic and drive to succeed
