Job Description Cardinal Staffing Services is immediately hiring
Stand-Up PIT Operators for a warehouse facility in
Belvidere, IL. This position supports material handling and warehouse operations in a production-driven environment.
Cardinal Staffing Services is invested in their team members! All employees are offered competitive pay (
$17.00-$18.50/hour , based on experience), as well as access to a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision).
Available shift(s): • 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday-Friday
Mandatory overtime as needed based on production.
Responsibilities of the Stand-Up PIT Operator: • Operate stand-up powered industrial trucks (PIT)
• Move and stage materials within the warehouse
• Support production, shipping, and inventory needs
• Follow site safety guidelines and procedures
• Perform additional duties as assigned
Required Qualifications of the Stand-Up PIT Operator: • At least 2 years of PIT experience (stand-up specific experience not required)
• Ability to work scheduled hours and mandatory overtime as needed
• Strong attention to safety and communication
