Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A reputable educational institution in Apex, NC is seeking experienced Special Education Teachers to provide exceptional support to students with diverse learning needs. This contract opportunity offers immediate start dates and extends through the end of the school year.

Positions Available:

• 3 Elementary Special Education Teachers
• 2 Middle School Special Education Teachers

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students unique needs.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure an inclusive learning environment.
• Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies to optimize learning outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

• Valid state certification in Special Education.
• Experience working with elementary and/or middle school students with special needs.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learner requirements.
• Commitment to fostering a supportive and positive educational environment.

Location: Apex, North Carolina
Contract Duration: Immediate start with assignment through the end of the school year
Positions cover maternity leave absences beginning this week or next week.
