Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available to support students from PreK through 8th grade in a K-12 school setting located in Sharon, WI. This contract role offers a part-time schedule of 3 to 3.5 days per week with a start date as soon as possible and continuing through June 5th, 2026. The preference is for onsite service delivery, with opportunities for teletherapy as needed. Key Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language assessments for students to identify needs. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address communication disorders. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other healthcare providers to support student progress. Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state regulations. Utilize teletherapy platforms when in-person sessions are not feasible. Qualifications: Masters degree in Speech Pathology or Communication Disorders. Valid State Speech-Language Pathologist Licensure. Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred. Experience working in pediatric or school settings is preferred but not required. Ability to deliver therapy in both onsite and teletherapy formats.
