Job Description

Join an established FedEx contractor as a CDL-A Tractor Trailer Driver based in NJ. This is a Connecticut night run position, ideal for experienced drivers seeking consistent schedules and daily home time. 

Responsibilities

• Operate a CDL-A tractor trailer on a dedicated night route to Middletown Connecticut, starting at 9pm from Woodbridge, NJ 
• The shift is from 9pm until 7am, Monday-Friday
• Ensure timely and safe delivery of freight according to company and FedEx standards
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance
• Maintain accurate electronic logs (ELD) and required documentation
• Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety policies
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A license
• Minimum 3 years of verifiable tractor trailer driving experience within the last 5 years
• Current DOT medical certificate
• Familiarity with ELD log systems
• Ability to pass DOT and drug screening
• Doubles endorsement
