What You’ll Do:
Own the front-of-house experience from greeting to vehicle delivery.
Write and manage service orders with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
Deliver clear, confident recommendations to customers.
Collaborate with technicians to keep workflow efficient.
Educate customers and upsell services when appropriate.
Follow our proven "Key to Key to Callbacks" process.
