Toppers is one of the leaders in the better-pizza delivery market. We are looking for several Shift Leaders / Assistant Managers-In-Training (MITS) to join our team! We are looking for evenings to late night team members. In short, we are a growing company and are the right organization for a dedicated team player who wants to make a difference in an environment where their hard work is valued and have fun while they are doing it. You will assist in managing the day-to-day operations of your restaurant, ensuring our guests are more than happy.
One of the most critical opportunities that you will have is to assist in developing, directing, and supervising the Team to attain sales and profit objectives while maintaining the highest standards of product quality, service, cleanliness, organization, and sanitation - all while being developed to potentially become a General Manager of a Topper Pizza store. At least that is our goal for you to become a General Manager of a store!

Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, restaurant assistant manager very helpful to your success at this job. Requirements/Responsibilities
Must be available 25 to 35 hours per week ranging from 4pm to 4am including some weekends. Shifts are usually 5-8 hours. We offer flexible schedules and value work/life balance.
As a night shift leader you will be responsible for the basic operations of the restaurant during your shifts.
Duties include efficiently making, baking and delivery of products and serving customers with a smile. You will work to maintain product and cleanliness standards, dough management, accurate inventory counts, performing end of day procedures, cash handling and following all closing procedures.
We strive to provide quality products delivered quickly.
Training and support provided as you learn. Advancement and pay raises are available to those who are motivated to learn, show great work ethic and strive for excellence.

Starting pay starts at training level and raises are based on levels of knowledge and skill as you learn. The faster you excel, the faster you can earn more!
