Our Pre-Sale Associates play a crucial role in building excitement and growing our membership before a new club even opens its doors! What You’ll Do as a Brand Ambassador Build quality relationships in the community while representing the Crunch brand. Generate leads through conversations and community engagement. Execute key pre-sale marketing actions like handing out flyers and managing social media presence. Support the management team at pre-sale events such as site activations, BBQs, one-day sales, and our grand opening party. Act with integrity—only collecting quality leads from genuinely interested potential members. Who We’re Looking For Outgoing and energetic personality—you love talking to people! Organized and detail-oriented—you get things done efficiently. Service-minded & team-oriented—you thrive in a collaborative environment. Professional and self-motivated—you take initiative and lead by example. Effective communicator—both in person and online. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required. Willing to work outdoors, on your feet for extended periods when needed.
