• Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings and attract prospective buyers.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective marketing strategies for property listings.
• Negotiate offers and contracts to ensure favorable terms for clients while maintaining professional standards.
• Stay informed about local market trends and property values to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Utilize company resources and training to continuously improve your real estate skills and knowledge base.

• No experience necessary, but a willingness to learn is essential.
