We're hiring a full-time Electronic Store Assistant Manager at Bache MMM Batteries LLC in Columbus, GA! This new location is currently being prepared and is scheduled to officially open in December or January . We are hiring now to build our leadership team prior to the grand opening.
YOUR ROLE AS OUR ELECTRONIC STORE ASSISTANT MANAGER
You are essential to the store's success, assisting the Store Manager in hitting profit targets and executing vital business plans. You lead store operations, from overseeing inventory and ensuring optimal product merchandising to directly serving customers and implementing loss prevention strategies. You also apply your technical skills daily, performing tasks like battery testing, device component replacement, and key/fob programming, all while supervising and training staff to uphold our high standards.
