We're seeking a Digital Marketing Manager who is equally comfortable building high-level strategy and pulling the levers to make it happen. You won't just direct— you will execute. From managing paid media campaigns to building tracking systems in HubSpot, this role demands someone who thrives on both planning and hands-on delivery.

You'll oversee the end-to-end process of planning, building, executing, tracking, and optimizing campaigns across multiple channels. You'll also be the one ensuring that attribution is accurate, data is actionable, and performance is steadily improving.

This is not a role for someone who only delegates or “manages vendors”, it's for someone who gets their hands dirty in the platforms daily.

This position is a full time position located in Scottsdale, Arizona. 

What Will You Do? 

• Oversee planning, execution, tracking, and optimization of paid search, paid social, display, DSP, video, email marketing, and other multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Ensure tracking, attribution, and reporting are accurate and complete.
• Collaborate with leadership to set KPI targets to set benchmarks and realistically improve on ROAS and CPA. You'll allocate budgets (approximately $100k per month) and guide strategic initiatives to aid in the strengthening of these metrics. 
• Analyze campaign performance and present actionable recommendations to improve results.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Brand Marketing, and Operations to improve targeting and lead quality
• Work with our world-class design team to create ads that attract and convert
• Identify opportunities to incorporate AI and automation to streamline processes and improve performance.
• Utilize tools such as HubSpot, Wicked Reports, and Google Analytics to track campaigns
• Create and measure A/B split tests to test various landing page conversion rates using tools such as VWO, Unbounce, and HubSpot
• Build audiences within the various platforms to properly segment based on funnel stages

What Big Things Will You Own?

• Design and build campaigns across various channels.

• Create a campaign tracking framework for consistent measurement.

• Standardize KPI benchmarks and reporting dashboards.
• Own the quarterly marketing performance review process.
• Lead strategic testing initiatives to improve funnel efficiency.
• Develop long-term strategies for acquisition, retention, and lifetime value growth

• Compensation : This role is currently benchmarked by industry standards and ranges from $80,000-$100,000 . Offered compensation is based on merit and relevant qualifications.
