We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team working from home (US residents only). The ideal candidate will have excellent data entry skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter data into our database system
• Verify and correct any errors or discrepancies in data
• Organize and maintain electronic and paper files
• Perform regular data backups to ensure data integrity
• Communicate with team members to ensure data accuracy
• Prepare and maintain reports and spreadsheets as needed
• Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in data entry or related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
