As a State Farm Agent Team Member, you will play a crucial role in our office. Your primary responsibilities will include: Sales and Customer Service: Assist customers with their insurance needs, provide quotes, and offer tailored insurance solutions. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing exceptional service. Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative tasks such as processing applications, maintaining records, and managing customer accounts. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to achieve office goals and ensure a positive office environment. Responsibilities Sales Generate insurance quotes and provide information on insurance products and services. Actively promote and sell State Farm insurance products (auto, home, life, health, etc.). Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions. Customer Service Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Relationship Building Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any ongoing needs. Qualifications Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and take initiative. Quick Learner: Adapt quickly to new processes, products, and technology. Customer Focused: Passionate about helping others and providing excellent service. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Language: Spanish speaking is a plus but not required. Experience: Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred but not necessary. Licensing: Must be able to obtain licenses for Property & Casualty, and Life, health & Accident through the State. We will help train and pay for the licensing.
