Windsor Skyline Care C is seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join their care team on a part-time contract basis. This role is ideal for an SLP who excels in providing individualized care and is comfortable working independently within a long-term care or rehabilitation setting.
Responsibilities:Conduct speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing assessments.
Develop and deliver patient-specific treatment plans.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to support patient progress.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all evaluations and treatments.
Active SLP license in the state of California.
Prior experience in a skilled nursing, rehab, or similar setting preferred.
Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills.
Ability to work one scheduled day per week for the duration of the contract.
