As Senior Director/Director of Partnerships, you will lead our North American CTV and Social Media partnerships strategy, driving adoption of the Authenticated Traffic Solution and expanding LiveRamp's footprint across streaming platforms, connected TV environments, and major social networks.

Youll architect and execute partnership strategies with platforms like Roku, Samsung, Hulu, Disney+, Netflix (ad-supported tier), TikTok, Meta, Snap, and emerging CTV/social players. As a trusted advisor on identity and privacy-safe collaboration, youll position LiveRamp as the essential infrastructure partner for the future of addressable media.

Your Team Will

Strategic Leadership

  • Establish best practices for partnership development in CTV and social media, creating repeatable playbooks that accelerate time-to-value

  • Own and expand executive relationships with C-suite and VPlevel stakeholders at major CTV platforms (Roku, Samsung Ads, VIZIO, LG Ads, etc.) and social media companies (Meta, TikTok, Snap, Pinterest, Reddit, etc.)

  • Develop category strategies that position LiveRamp as the identity and data collaboration partner of choice for streaming and social platforms navigating the landscape

  • Drive product roadmap influence by gathering partner requirements and collaborating with Product teams to ensure ATS and other solutions meet evolving CTV and social media needs

  • Identify white space opportunities within the CTV and social ecosystem, including emerging platforms, FAST channels, and nextgeneration social networks

Revenue Growth & Pipeline Excellence

  • Execute complex negotiations involving multiyear commercial agreements, technical integrations, and strategic coinnovation initiatives

  • Drive adoption metrics beyond contract signatures, including active usage, data collaboration volume, and partner satisfaction

  • Develop account expansion strategies that grow wallet share through upsell, crosssell, and strategic program expansion

CrossFunctional Orchestration

  • Lead deal teams comprising Legal, Privacy, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure seamless partner onboarding and activation

  • Remove blockers by coordinating across functions, escalating strategically, and maintaining momentum through complex technical and business requirements

  • Translate technical concepts into compelling business value propositions for nontechnical executives at partner organizations

  • Champion partner needs internally, ensuring LiveRamp's product and gotomarket strategies reflect CTV and social media market dynamics

Thought Leadership & Market Positioning

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on CTV identity solutions, social media data collaboration, and privacyforward advertising technology

  • Represent LiveRamp at industry events, conferences, and partner summits (CES, IAB ALM, Cannes Lions, etc.)

  • Contribute to industry standards through participation in trade organizations like IAB Tech Lab, Partnership for Responsible Addressable Media (PRAM), and others

  • Build LiveRamp's brand as a trusted partner through public speaking, thought leadership content, and strategic relationshipbuilding

About You

Experience & Expertise

  • 8+ years in partnerships, business/corporate development, or strategic sales

  • Deep CTV and/or social media expertise with established relationships at major streaming platforms, device manufacturers, social networks, or adjacent AdTech companies

  • Proven track record of closing technically complex and long sales cycle deals.

  • AdTech/MarTech fluency including working knowledge of: SSPs, DSPs, CDPs, identity solutions, header bidding, programmatic advertising, data clean rooms, and privacy frameworks (TCF, GPP, CCPA, GDPR)

Technical & Domain Knowledge

  • CTV ecosystem understanding: familiarity with ACR data, streaming measurement, serverside ad insertion (SSAI), CTV attribution, and platformspecific technical requirements

  • Social media platform knowledge: understanding of social ad products, Conversions API, offline events, firstparty data onboarding, and platform identity solutions

  • Identity & privacy expertise: strong grasp of authenticated traffic, RampIDs, deterministic vs. probabilistic matching, and privacypreserving technologies

Leadership & Operational Excellence

  • Playercoach mentality with the ability to balance personal IC contributions with team development and strategic leadership

  • Executive presence and communication skills, comfortable presenting to Clevel audiences and representing LiveRamp in highstakes negotiations

  • Experience with Canada and/or Mexico markets, including familiarity with regional privacy regulations and platform dynamics

  • Background in identity solutions, data onboarding, or audience platforms (e.g., The Trade Desk, LiveRamp, Neustar, Experian, Acxiom)

  • Track record of launching new products or expanding into new verticals within AdTech or MarTech

  • Experience working in or closely with product teams to influence roadmap and drive productmarket fit

The approximate annual base compensation range is $224,000 to $309,500. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geography, as well as internal equity among our team.
