Business Systems Analyst (Epicor Prophet 21)

Full-Time

We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support and improve the organization’s use of Epicor Prophet 21. This role will support end users, train staff, document business processes, and help drive system and workflow improvements across multiple departments.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary support resource for Epicor Prophet 21.
• Respond to and manage tickets through the internal helpdesk; prioritize and resolve issues efficiently.
• Log and manage support cases with Epicor Support when needed.
• Train users, develop documentation, and assist with onboarding of new system users.
• Support system upgrades, enhancements, and UAT testing.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to understand current workflows and identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead or participate in requirements gathering sessions and document functional requirements.
• Map business processes and recommend system or workflow changes to improve efficiency.
• Assist in designing collaboration and productivity solutions within Microsoft 365 (SharePoint sites, Teams workflows, document libraries, etc.).
• Work with reporting/development resources to define and validate dashboards and reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4+ years of experience in Business Systems, Business Analysis, or IT support.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with both technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred:

• 3+ years hands-on experience supporting Epicor Prophet 21.
• Familiarity with submitting and tracking P21 Support cases.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, or Power Apps is a plus.
