Prometheus Summer Internship Program is a paid program that will provide you with an inside look at the real estate operations of Prometheus, the largest private owner of multi-family properties in the Bay Area. The internship is intended to provide a unique opportunity to earn valuable experiences by working directly with the department managers on a daily basis. Your responsibilities will focus on providing assistance to your immediate department in the execution of daily tasks and support of internal and external customers by collaborating with others on providing outstanding service to our Prometheans, Neighbors, and Vendors. Areas of learning will include becoming familiar with varying types of real estate transactions and their associated documents, and cross-functionality in a diverse working environment. This role will require you to work up to 40 hours per week, for a duration of 9-12 weeks.

The Promethean Services (HR) Intern will support the Human Resources and Learning & Development teams with:

Human Resources

• Legal & Compliance: You will assist with reviewing employee documents, sensitive data, and managing the1-9 audit process.
• Benefits & Payroll Support: In this role, you will support employee wellness and engagement. You will help put together FIT communications about upcoming events and support payroll with various tasks, such as employment verifications.
• Recruiting Support: In this role you will assist the recruiting manager by preparing job postings, assist with ongoing recruiting communications, and support any recruiting initiatives to drive the attraction and retention of talent.
• Cultural Support: You are a culture champion and will help support our recognition program and planning for Prometheus employee events and activities.

Learning & Development

• Training Administration: You will help manage trainings through our learning management systems, run system reports, and organize materials and collateral.
• Training Workshops: You wil l assist with core Prometheus trainings by coordinating sessions and helping with logistics and session preparation.
• Curriculum Development & Design: In this role, you will shadow experienced team members and learn how to design engaging curriculums to create successful long term growth outcomes.

• Currently enrolled in an accredited university with a sophomore, junior or senior standing
