Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Ownership:
   
   • Take ownership of internal client projects from initiation to completion.
2. Project Tracking:
   
   • Maintain and update client project trackers to ensure accurate project status.
3. Timeline Management:
   
   • Lead and manage project timelines, tracking project progress and deadlines.
4. Status Reports:
   
   • Prepare and distribute weekly status reports, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of project developments.
5. Effective Communication:
   
   • Serve as a strong and effective communicator, bridging the gap between teams and ensuring seamless collaboration.
6. Proactive Planning:
   
   • Proactively plan and solve problems, offering solutions to achieve project goals.
7. Understanding of Project Initiatives:
   
   • Demonstrate a deep understanding of traditional and interactive project initiatives.
8. Resource Alignment:
   
   • Ensure timelines, dependencies, budgets, and resources are aligned to support project success.
9. Risk Mitigation:
   
   • Recognize risks and mitigate them through effective communication and solution-oriented approaches.
10. Administrative Tasks:
    
    • Coordinate creative processes.
