What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive primary care, focusing on preventive, acute, and chronic disease management for adult patients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, wellness promotion, and patient education.

What We're Looking For

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Eligible for or active South Carolina Medical License
• Passion for high-quality, patient-centered care
