$17 - $17.50 hourly

• Order cleaning supplies as needed, control inventory and manage the department budget
• Manage the daily tasks of the housekeeping department, including cleaning guest rooms and public areas
• Track of areas cleaned by room attendants and contact the front office to handle room damage or maintenance needs
• Lead, hire, and train hotel housekeeping staff to adhere to our high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction
• Arrange for cleaning equipment repairs as needed and keep all other equipment in good working condition

• Weekday hours - 9 am - 5:30 pm
• Weekend hours - 10 am - 6:30 pm

• At least 3 years of experience in a senior role in the housekeeping department
• Well-versed in environmental services (EVS) including sanitation protocol and procedures, and how to use cleaning supplies and equipment
• 2+ years of hospitality or guest services experience
• The ideal applicant is an experienced leader who demonstrates great attention to detail and customer service skills
• A High school diploma or GED is required

• Fluency in Spanish is required to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking team members. English is a plus, but not required
• At least one year of full-service hotel, housekeeping experience
