The Dumpster Driver at California's Great America is responsible for maintaining cleanliness by emptying trash receptacles and cleaning dumpsters and compactor pads while providing guest service. This role involves working overnight shifts and supporting a safe, fun environment for park guests and associates. Employees receive paid training, uniforms, admission, and various discounts as part of the benefits package.
Overview:Earn $21.50-$23/hr.

Provide guest service according to California's Great America's standards when serving the guest or working with subordinates, including initiating guest interactions, answering questions and giving directions.
Maintain cleanliness and safety in assigned work area and performs all duties in compliance with California's Great America's Safety guidelines and requirements and reports all unsafe or unusual conditions to supervision.
