Digital Marketing Specialist (Paid Media Focus)

San Antonio, TX (in-person) | Full-time

About The Role

Tribu is looking for a Senior Paid Media Strategist who loves performance marketing and knows how to make ads that drive real results, not just impressions. In this role, youll design, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and more. Youll manage ad budgets, refine targeting, test creatives, and prove ROI with data-backed insights. This role is hands?on. Youll spend part of your time executing media buys and the rest leading strategy, building full?funnel campaigns, and working alongside our creative team to bring big ideas to life. What Youll Do

• Own and lead paid media strategies for multiple brands across Google, Meta (FB/IG), LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
• Build full?funnel campaigns: develop media plans, define target audiences, write ad copy, and create briefs for landing pages, social, and digital ads.
• Execute campaigns directly: manage media buying, monitor pacing, analyze performance, and optimize in real time for ROAS and conversions.
• Report on results: deliver insights and clear next steps to partners and your team.
• Manage ad budgets from $3K to $50K+ per month.
• Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, HubSpot, and other tools.
• Collaborate with design, social, and content teams to align paid and organic strategies.
• Support other digital channels like email (Klaviyo, Mailchimp) and SEO as needed.

• You can write clear, compelling ad copy that gets people to click.
• Youre data?driven and comfortable making decisions from dashboards, reports, and conversion data.
• Youre confident managing budgets of different sizes and making optimizations that move the needle.
• You thrive in fast?paced, multi?brand environments and keep projects organized.
• You can explain your results and recommendations clearly to both teammates and partners.
• You understand the basics of email, SEO, and content marketing, even if paid is your specialty.

Requirements

• Strong skills in paid media strategy and campaign execution
• Proven ability to manage ad budgets and improve performance across platforms
• Analytical mindset with experience turning data into insights
• Based in San Antonio, TX (or open to relocation)
• Prior agency experience is a plus, not a must
