The Hashgraph Association (THA) is a global organization headquartered in Switzerland, and is a part of the Hedera Hashgraph (“Hedera”) ecosystem. 

Hedera is a revolutionary proof-of-stake public Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) network that is fast emerging as the gold standard in DLT for enterprise-grade solutions and decentralized applications (dApps). Hedera is governed by a council of the world’s leading organizations - which include Google, Boeing, IBM, Dell, Deutsche Telekom, LG, Abrdn, London School of Economics, to name a few.

THA works closely with enterprises, startups, governments, and academic and training institutions around the world to deliver financing, custom-design solutions, and professional training and innovation programs, aimed at accelerating the development and utilization of the Hedera Hashgraph network.

As we undergo rapid expansion, we are establishing offices in strategic locations worldwide. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leveraging Clickup (Project Management Platforms) to maintain, build, and extract data, as well as possessing proficiency in Power BI and dashboarding. This role offers the opportunity to work with diverse datasets, contribute to strategic decision-making processes, and drive business insights.

Responsibilities:

Data Management:

• Utilize Clickup for maintaining, building, and extracting data to support organizational needs.

• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and reliability for effective analysis.

• Analytics and Reporting:

  • Develop and implement data-driven solutions using Power BI for creating insightful and visually appealing dashboards.

  • Generate regular reports and ad-hoc analyses to support business operations and decision-making.

• Data Extraction and Transformation:

  • Extract relevant data from various sources and transform it into a format suitable for analysis.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.

• Quality Assurance:

  • Conduct thorough quality checks on datasets to identify and rectify discrepancies.

  • Implement best practices for data integrity and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

• Collaboration:

  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.

  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of data sources and maintain data integrity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, or Computer Science.

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst with expertise in using Clickup and other project management platforms.

• Proficient in Power BI and other dashboarding tools.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills to convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with data visualization techniques and best practices.

• Experience in extracting and transforming data from diverse sources.

• Knowledge of SQL, Python, or other relevant programming languages is a plus.

• Prior experience in a similar role within Web3/Blockchain is advantageous.
