Job description:The Creative Partnership Manager will facilitate the strategy, relationships, and workflows connecting Wholesome Goods' internal creative Pod team and external performance advertising agencies. This is a manager-level Pod Department role that requires strong relationship management, a keen eye for creative quality, and an ability to align agency output with business performance goals. Youll be the go-to person for selecting partners, coordinating projects, and ensuring that creative deliverables meet Wholesome Goods standards and drive performance results!Key ResponsibilitiesAgency Strategy & SelectionResearch, evaluate, and recommend external performance ad agencies. Negotiate budgets, scopes, and timelines to ensure partnerships deliver value. This will be an incubation period to test and determine which agencies have the best content that aligns with our strategies.Primary Liaison & Relationship OwnerServe as the main point of contact between our creative pod departments and agency partners. Facilitate effective communication, resolve bottlenecks, and maintain a collaborative relationship.Creative Quality AssuranceReview and approve agency creative assets to ensure they meet brand guidelines, creative standards, and campaign objectives.Asset Coordination & DeliveryGather and deliver b-roll, footage, and other assets to agencies in a timely and organized manner, supporting efficient production cycles.Workflow OptimizationCollaborate with internal leadership to improve briefing, feedback, and approval processes for external workstreams.Performance AlignmentWork closely with Pod Directors and Media Buying teams to monitor creative performance (Roas, CTR, CPA) and recommend data-driven iterations to agencies as well as in-house.Trend & Partner InsightsStay ahead of industry trends and emerging creative strategies. Share insights and propose new testing opportunities with leadership and with the teams.Qualifications2-5 years of experience in-house or in an agency settingStrong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneouslyExcellent relationship-building, communication skillsProven experience working cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and production teamsFamiliarity with ad performance metrics and paid media ecosystemsExperience with video production processes and asset managementAbility to use Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Asana for need-basis work.Benefits:401(k)Dental insuranceEmployee discountFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offParental leaveVision insuranceWork Location: In person
