Job Purpose

The Creative Manager and Writer will lead the creative vision for our marketing initiatives, ensuring that all content aligns with our brand identity and business objectives. This role is crucial in developing compelling narratives that resonate with our target audience while overseeing the creative process from concept to execution.

Nature of Duties/Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and vision for all creative projects, ensuring alignment with brand values and objectives.

• Create, edit, and oversee the production of high-quality written content for various platforms, including digital, print, and social media.
• Coordinate with agencies, printers and sub-contractors to achieve project deliverable within the company's budget.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budgetary constraints while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to develop integrated marketing strategies that drive engagement and sales.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years in a creative leadership role within a corporate or agency environment, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse writing styles and creative projects.

Skills:

• Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong project management skills with experience using tools like Asana or Trello.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate across departments.
• Proven ability to inspire and lead creative teams while managing diverse projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the manufacturing sector or technical writing is a plus.
• Ability to analyze data and metrics to refine creative strategies.

Salary Range(annual): $90,000 - $130,000

Actual base pay within this range (determined at the offer stage) will be based on a candidate's years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills, and is just one element of our total rewards package. The total rewards package also includes a variety of benefits, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business and, depending on the role, may include eligibility for restricted stock unit awards and participation in a discretionary bonus program.
