Lead HVAC installation crews on commercial construction projects
Install and replace HVAC systems, ductwork, and related components
Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and mechanical drawings
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to VanderHyde quality standards
Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues efficiently
Coordinate with contractors, site supervisors, and internal teams
Maintain safe, organized, and compliant job sites
Mentor and guide apprentices and installers to strengthen the team
2+ years of HVAC installation experience (foreman or lead installer experience preferred)
Solid understanding of HVAC systems, components, and construction best practices
Ability to read blueprints, manage timelines, and oversee multiple aspects of job progress
Strong communication and leadership skills
EPA Universal or Type II Certification
Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work from heights or tight spaces
Must provide your own basic hand tools
