Job Description

Bookkeeper / Construction Office Manager
Location: On-site, Washington, DC Metro Area

We are a fast-paced, high-end residential design-build remodeling company seeking a full-time, in-person Bookkeeper/Office Manager . This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to oversee daily office operations, bookkeeping, HR, accounts payable/receivable, and job costing.

Responsibilities




  • Manage bookkeeping, A/P, A/R, and job costing



  • Oversee HR and office management functions



  • Maintain accurate records and reports



  • Support project and company leadership with administrative tasks


Qualifications




  • Prior bookkeeping and office management experience required



  • Construction industry experience preferred



  • Sage/Timberline software experience a plus



  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word



  • Strong organizational and communication skills
