Responsibilities of the Entry Level Bank Sales Representative
• Assist customers with selecting banking products such as checking accounts, savings accounts, and credit cards
• Provide in-branch and outbound sales support to meet daily and monthly sales goals
• Educate customers on bank services, features, and financial solutions
• Open new accounts and guide customers through onboarding processes
• Build strong client relationships through consistent follow-up and excellent service
• Maintain accuracy, professionalism, and compliance with banking policies
• Support overall branch growth and customer experience initiatives
Entry Level Bank Sales Representative Qualifications:
• Strong communication, sales and customer service skills
• Previous experience in sales, banking, financial services, or retail customer service preferred
• Goal-driven, reliable, and comfortable working in a sales-focused environment
• Ability to explain financial products in a clear and helpful way
• Organized, detail-oriented, and professional in all interactions
