**Job Title: Experienced Automotive Dealership Salesperson**
**Position Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic Automotive Dealership Salesperson to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about cars and customer service. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in helping customers find the vehicle that best suits their needs, ensuring a positive buying experience.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand and evaluate the needs of each customer to recommend appropriate vehicles.
- Conduct thorough product presentations and test drives to showcase vehicle features.
- Build and maintain a strong knowledge of available inventory, current sales promotions, and financing options.
- Negotiate terms of sale and facilitate the paperwork required to close deals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers to encourage return business and referrals.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay informed about automotive products and industry trends.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in automotive dealership sales required.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using computers and dealership management software.
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
