🚀 What You'll Do

• Operate Stand up forklifts to safely move materials throughout the cold storage facility
• Load and unload trucks efficiently and accurately
• Stack, stage, and organize inventory in designated areas
• Perform cycle counts and maintain precise inventory records
• Support the shipping/receiving team to keep orders moving on schedule
• Work closely with supervisors to meet daily productivity goals
• Operate equipment such as reach trucks, cherry pickers, and order pickers safely and confidently

💪 What We're Looking For

• Previous forklift operating experience
• Valid forklift certification or license
• Ability to operate Stand up forklifts
• Knowledge of warehouse distribution processes
• Ability to lift heavy materials and handle physical job tasks
• Sharp attention to detail with strong inventory accuracy
• Team player with great communication skills
